During this hands-on class you will …

  • Help prepare three fun and easy recipes with greens
  •  Taste test multiple other dishes that incorporate greens
  •  Learn why greens are so amazing for you and your family
  •  Take home recipes, confidence and new ideas

 

 

Note: All recipes will be vegetarian and some will be vegan and gluten-free. Please contact us if you have special dietary concerns and we will do our absolute best to accommodate you.

 

This will be a fun and intimate gathering.  Pre-registration is required.

Her unique experience in the natural foods industry comes from working in the kitchens of four acclaimed retreat centers in New York, Colorado, and northern California. At one time an organic farmer in Maine, Cynthia loves sharing about food which brings vibrancy to the body in harmony with the Earth.

 

 

 

MaloheadshotPamela Malo is a registered dietitian, certified yoga instructor, and received her Master of Health Science in Nutrition from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Coursework through the Institute for the Psychology of Eating in Boulder, CO deepened her nutrition knowledge. For six years, Pamela traveled throughout the United States conducting research for the CDC’s National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES), the largest public health study in the world.
