Loving Nutrition Course

What is loving nutrition?

Loving nutrition is a four-part course that provides a fresh take on a way to be with food and our body. It goes beyond the grams of carbs, fats, and protein on our plate and looks at nourishment with a much larger lens.

This class is ideal for anyone who is tired of conflicting nutrition messages, has tried ‘every diet’ out there and remains unsatisfied, and is ready to experience more love – especially related to food, their body, and their life. (They are all related!) This class is especially great for people have a lot of inner dialogue around food or who are fantastic caretakers for others but struggle finding time to nurture themselves.

This course is based on a poem I wrote called My Wish.

This course covers

  • Common saboteurs to good health and nutrition
  • Ways to improve digestion, absorption and assimilation of food
  • The power of presence, pleasure, and awareness
  • The essential nutrients of your life (a conversation beyond food!)
  • Simple techniques for tapping into body wisdom
  • The myth of willpower
  • and more!
After this transformative course you will
  • Develop tools to deal with the inner food critic
  • Identify your personal essential nutrients
  • Feel more confident in your food choices
  • Gain tips for embodiment and body wisdom
  • Take better care of you…not just everyone around you!

I believe

I believe it is nearly impossible to follow the world’s lead when it comes to health, nutrition and body image and to feel good about ourselves.

I believe that letting go of fear and frustration in the food realm frees up an amazing amount of energy.

I believe love is much more sustainable (and fun!) way to elicit change in our lives. Most nutrition messages today are based in fear.

I believe that when we are at peace with our food choices, and ourselves, it is easier to do the work we were meant to do in the world.

….. What do you believe?
